We had an outstanding turnout and it will take us a bit to sort through all those orders so PLEASE understand this will not be done in our usual timely manner… With this volume, we will probably have to order in some of the items…but you will still get all the freebies as promised! Again…thank you for your continued support of our shop…the girls, Nick and I really appreciate all of your wonderful comments and understanding while we do our jobs to get your shipments out to you. Just had to drop you an email and let you know what a fantastic web site you have! I met you at Houston Market last month and though the shop I currently work for does not carry primitives, many of our customers do like primitives and I constantly am recommending your website. I’m always getting in trouble at work for having your website up on our office computer and then others look and end up ordering! (You may have noticed a lot of mid-Michigan web orders lately especially!) Anyway, please keep up the great work! I’m looking forward to carrying your patterns and wool in my own shop one day soon!
Mary…Thanks…and let me know if you need any help with that new shop…i have some experience…I also am planning a Summer Camp for Shop Owners in August…you might want to think about that…take care…and stay out of trouble…LB
Thank you for making your on line customers feel as special as the lucky ones who get to shop in person!!
Thank you for your generosity – freebies and a gift!!
Rosemary
I am going to second what Rosemary said… it’s a wonderful feeling to be treated with a special extra (for online shopping) as if I were right there in the store celebrating open house! Thanks so much! Looking forward to stitching these up before Christmas!
I certainly understand that it may take a while to get my order and don’t mind at all. I just discovered you at the Houston Quilt Show. Loved your products and your booth. I visited it several times and visited with you a couple of times. You were so helpful and I appreciated it.
Lisa, it was great to see you on Saturday! The shop looked terrific, as usual, such “eye candy” all over-the displays were awesome! This was my first time making it to your Christmas open house.
Nick did a great job showing the Gathering to Joan and me. We are already looking to book a weekend in August!—can’t wait! Thanks again for the door prize and free patterns/kit. As always, shopping at your shop is pure fun!
Loved your lecture and workshop with the Plainefield guild a week ago. Did not get my project all done yet, but am working on it. ILove your shop. I have now become an online customer. I did not realize we could take part in all the fun things you do. Have a wonderful holiday. Thank you for all the wonderful things you do.
Thanks so much for the freebies! Can’t wait to get my package!
Hey Lisa, thanks from me also! You handed over that email from me poste haste and Judy mysteriously figured
out who Elizabeth A. was, called me to verify and zoom next day the pattern was here. That’s service my dear!!!
Sorry i couldn’t make it to the great celebration day, I am so glad that it was a huge success. You truly are so great at marketing.
Thanks again,
Liz A.
Hi Lisa!
Again, I loved your open house and everything looks wonderful!
I have two questions for you if you have a second…. first, those quilty dishes in The Gathering kitchen were so cute! Where did you find them? And second… do you rememeber the paint color of the main house color in the living areas? It is the perfect color for my family room.
Thank you!
Colleen…
the dishes I bought from one of my suppliers…they are cute but expensive…I will check the prices and get back to you…they only come with the small plates and bowls, the big plates were purchased at Kohls..
I have the 4 color swatch we used in the whole house but it is at the Gathering…i know the swatch came from Walmart, but I had the paint chip color matched at Home Depot using Behr with the primer in the paint.the first color is the sitting rooms and kitchen, the second color was the sewing rooms and the 3rd and 4th colors were accents and bathrooms…
I will also give you the names after today when I go over there to check it out..LB
Awwwww! I just found your blog. Is there no way I can obtain your adorable snowman hanging pattern? I’m more than willing to pay for it. Waaaah! I’m logged into your blog now and won’t miss anything in the future. Thanks!! Happy Hols!
You CAN…it is on our website under NEW….from now on pay close attention..and you will get lots of freebies!
Hey Lisa,
Loved the open house, this was my second year and can’t wait for next year. Quick question for you, the cookie jar lid, what did you do to it to make it look primitive???
Thank you and keep up the wonderful work…
~ Paula
Painted it…black then red…sanded it a little…
Hi Lisa,
I just discovered your website this week. My friends & I are crazy about the Joy to the World snowmen pattern. We missed your open house of course & wonder is that pattern available for sale??
thanks for a great site!
Karen
