Again it has been awhile since I have blogged….I hope you who are doing our Summer BOW are excited about the blocks and can’t wait till the next comes….the only bad thing about the BOW is, is that the summer weeks seem to fly by….for me it means I have to keep ahead so the girls can order the wools, they need to be dyed, my drawings need to be cleaned up by the Jill who does the graphics, they need to be cut up, they need to be packaged, the directions need to be printed, they need to be labels and processed and then shipped…so with that all being said I am stiching block 5 right now…I have spent last week in Cullman AL, where the Alabama quilt symposium was held…I had a blast! taught 3 classes and hung around a bunch of teachers who Travel the country and teach…so it is nice to be with women who do some of the things I do…Here are some photos from last weekend…Primitive Garden won a bunch of ribbons including Viewers Choice…I told Francine it was going to win…do you think she believed me?
Nick and I are now in St. Paul MN for the Minnesota Quilt guild show….preview is tonight so I have to get into the shower NOW!
More later….

Beautiful quilt and fabrics and I love those boxes of floss.
Debbie
I would have LOVED to take your class last weekend, but was working the quilt shop near Birmingham. I have a kit ready to work on of the quilt you showed. I have wanted to make it ever since I saw it awhile ago.
Hopefully, you’ll be this way again and I can take a class from you!
the quilt is assume I would have loved to see it in person I covet the box of thread can you buy something like that I finished block two they are so beautiful
keep designing
Love the quilt and the quote underneath. Drooling over the box of floss. If only I could create more time!!
Thanks so much for coming to AL. Your Valdani threads are stitchers candy!!
I love Primitive Garden. I remember when it was at the Georgia quilt show last fall I kept going back to it over and over. I couldn’t get enough of admiring it. Congratulations on viewers choice!
