Back in California…

Day 2 workshop and dinner/lecture trunk show
Another day passes so quickly when we are having so much fun! The ladies in Utah are a joy to teach! After our workshop we went to Maddox for a wonderful dinner and I believe it was a great time for all 75 attendees…the door prizes were fabulous and all the company was even better……

Warm winter blessing workshop…today
I will let the photos speak for this lovely group of ladies… And look….I even got some prizes…homemade honey from Susie’s hives….homemade soaps with cloves, mint and citrus along with those paper pieced ornaments from Janet… What did I do to deserve these treasures?!!!

Tuesday…a total play day….
Today (yesterday)there were no quilt shops on my agenda….I was to be picked up by Dru and just hang out…we shopped in Temecula and then visited my favorite winery from my last visit…now I don’t know much about wine…but I am starting to kind of really like it…remember I am from WI where most everyone…

Flying geese quilt guild, workshop today
Here we are in beautiful Costa Mesa, California…my students all were exceptional today…wonderful gals…great day spent learning how to work with wool…tomorrow I will visit a few CA quilt shops and then a lecture at night for the guild.
