I live on a lake in beautiful Butte Des Morts, WI. I have three sons: Lance (forever 29), Luke 33, Jake 32, and two grand-babies, Little Man and O-Bug. I've been married to the love of my life Nick, since 1998 when we started our crazy adventure together! I am a quilter, rugger, and gardener. I also love to cook when I get the chance. Thanks for visiting and supporting Primitive Gathering Quilt Shop where I try to bring you the best Moda fabrics and wool projects anywhere!

  1. The quilts may be simple in form but they are gorgegous. I would love to be able to achieve a “gift” in one day. Better yet, Love to receive one!

  2. Wow! Those quilts look SO warm and cozy!!! We’re just getting our first taste of real Autumn today… šŸ™‚

  3. Lisa, love the changes that you made to the third quilt! How fun that we were with you when you designed it and showed us your first sample! Congratulations on your first line of flannel fabric!!

  4. The Atlanta (Duluth) Quilt Show this past week was my first encounter with Primitive Gatherings. I purchased the Lonely Streets kit mainly because I thought my husband would love it (He doesn’t like calico or florals), but lets me quilt anything I want. I even thought it would make a nice Christmas gift for him, if I can get it done! I’m so leary of ripping the material pieces, but it sounds like it would be straighter than cutting such long pieces.
