Hey Everyone! Be nice to Lisa and her “elves”…what would we do without them? They just might get stressed out by all of us and quit giving us such great things to work on! What if they cancelled Christmas…eeeekkkk!
Tried 3 or 4 times to print and the wing pattern doesn’t show up—sorry
Pame, you may need to save the PDF file from the blog directly to your computer before printing directly from Lisa’s blog. My computer is set up to create a file when it can’t be printed directly from a web site.
Connie—thanks!! I did save it to my computer as a jpg and then when I went to print it -it went to photo shop and made it to fit the page size and looks great!! Love how everyone helps each other and I DEFINATELY would be lost without Primitive Gatherings and Lisa!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I totally agree with VickyC’s comment 🙂 We all need to be nice…keep thinking about if we had to do all of this hard work in order for us to receive the great projects!!! We all have the easy part…just stitching and enjoying the process 🙂
Lisa, I am having challenges as well–would it be possible to resend the update as a pdf? I am thinking that the proportions on the pattern might stay true to size that way. I do appreciate how hard you are trying to get this update to all of us!! LOVE the quilt by the way!!
Don’t know if this is helpful or not, and I am certainly no computer guru..ha!! When I saved to my computer and then printed straight from the saved file, I got a large picture printed in landscape format. So I tried dropping the picture file in to photoshop where it told me the file was a 7X3 and should be printed in portrait format. Printed from photoshop and it came out perfect without making any adjustments. Just fits on the wool piece designated for it! I am sure there is some easier way to do this, but this round about way worked for me. LOVE LOVE LOVE this quilt. Don’t know what I would live without Primitive Gatherings!
Not working on this SBOW as I am still trying to get 2…or is it 3 years ago done. But I am doing the stitch-a-long and love how you can make it your own. I am so happy that I found Lisa and Primitive Gatherings…love wool and all her patterns. Thanks for all you do.
I actually appreciated the link to the strawberry. I think it will be a great addition to some pincushions. : )
Worked great! Thank You! I look forward each week when my wool SBOW comes in the mail. I feel like it is my own special and beautiful gift. We are all very fortunate to be “pattern testers”!Thank You!
this has to be too big could you send the right size please.
Will get this pdf’d on monday…the 21st of july…
I like the simplicity of your scrappy rail fence. The colors are beautiful and the big stitch baptist fan quilting will be the perfect finish. Please share pics when it’s done.
Will do…
