We really appreciate it…also If you want to send me a pic if you win the Gift Card or you love whats in your tin…I’ll do a post on them with all your pics…

all for now…LB

St. Nick comes tonight…

Do you celebrate St. Nick?  We did growing up…We each hung our stocking in hopes for for a little pre-Christmas fun…St. Nick delivered small things like socks, crayons and   mostly candy…so with that in mind…

We decided that we were going to do something special at Primitive Gathering to honor good old St. Nick…We thought how fun would it be to offer a “secret” package for you to purchase…We found a vessel…not a stocking but just as good…how about a Christmas Tin?Christmas Tins_Santa

Christmas Tins_JoyWe packaged three tins..the Large...is going to be $25, but we have packed more than twice that amount in it, over $50 value!  Then the Medium tin is $20 with over $40 of goods…and then last one is the Small…that is only $15 and has over $30 worth of goodies in it…all of this does not even count the price of the tin!!! Here are quick links to our site… SANTA TINS        JOY TINS

We had so much fun stuffing the tins yesterday…There are over 60 of each size, but only 12 of red/cream each of the JOY tins with the words on them…so when they run out they run out…

You can buy them for you…your quilting friends, your long-armer, your quilting teacher, the person who hosts your sewing group, your hard working local quilt shop owner or anyone who loves to stitch!  Just a thought…if you are buying one for a gift…you might want to buy once for yourself too…cause you will keep it for yourself, I know you will!

We are also going to place several (like 6) $25 gift cards randomly in them for an little extra added FUN!!!

Happy St. Nick to you all!!!….Be someones Secret Santa & Make these Days be Merry & Bright!…..Lisa

Moda Blockheads-Good Intentions…Blocks 26 & 31 instead…

BLOCK 26

I had every intention on doing today’s block last night…but then when I sat down opened my pattern…it was Jan’s beautiful applique basket…Click HERE to go to the newest pattern…I did not have time to get this done in an evening…so I decided to post some of my “blocks that I have passed over”… I was going to post them all at once…but maybe it is better to release them slowly…This will help with those of you who are waiting on me…I do not want to leave you “just blowing in the wind”.  So here are two blocks.

Block 26 from Corey Yoder…Click HERE to get the pattern if you do not already have it…and then I did Vanessas Block 31

BLOCK 31

Block 31 can be found HERE on Vanessa’s blog…this one is not as hard as it looks…I am usually not a fan of curved piecing…but this was a piece of cake…It also made me look for that foot I bought to do curves a couple of years ago…and YES…I found it!!!

It is so good to be home…I am decorating for Christmas in my spare time…I love how it is looking…will do a post on it soon! Take care you Block Heads!!
