Yeah, me too – which is exactly why my monthly Weekend Edition Quilt -Along was born! This collection of quick and easy quilt patterns is all about getting things done fast. No complicated instructions, no huge time commitment – just simple, fun patterns you can crank out in a matter of days.

My co-designer Alysha and I originally launched the Weekend Edition Quilt -Along back in July of 2024, and have been releasing new patterns on the first Friday of each month since. That worked well for us at first, but lately, due to our crazy busy lives, we’ve been running into some trouble getting them out on time. That’s why, moving forward, we’ve decided to adjust the schedule and release them later in the month to give us more of a cushion. Starting in April, you can now expect each new Weekend Edition Quilt Series pattern to drop on the LAST Friday of the month instead of the first. Same concept, same fun and simple quilts, just a little shift on the calendar to keep things running smoothly.
