Hey, everyone! Happy Blockheads Day! I’m just popping in to remind you that it’s finally here—Moda Blockheads 6 starts today! If you’ve got your fabric sorted and your sewing room prepped, it’s just about time to dive in.

In case you’re wondering what Moda Blockheads 6 is all about, let me reiterate! For the last five years, the Moda Blockheads Quilt-Along has brought together quilters of all ages and skill levels, and has created a community that’s as welcoming as it is inspiring. Each year we dive into a fresh new quilt project as a group, sharing plenty of laughs, encouragement, and inspiration, all while stretching our creativity to the limit—and 2025 is no different! Starting today, May 21st, 2025, Moda Blockheads 6 officially begins!

Starting next week Wednesday, May 28th, 2025, one block will be released each week going forward through November 12th, with a big grand finale on November 19th, 2025. You can download the latest block patterns on the Moda Inspiration + Resources Blog by clicking HERE! There you’ll find photos and links to the social media channels and website for the designer of the week. You can also download block patterns on the official Primitive Gatherings MBH6 Information Page at http://www.lisabongean.com under the QAL’s tab by 5:00 p.m. CST each week as well for your convenience. Video tutorials for each block will also be available. Want to know more?
