stitching away…

Hey everyone…I am stitching away making samples for market…my newest fabric arrived and now the games begin…but I thought I should share with you a few things I have been meaning to….Do you remember the quilt blocks I asked some of you to do?  We sent out blocks to the first responders…so now for the news…Our quilt will be in the Nov/Dec issue of Love of Quilting…it will be out in October…but the best thing about “our quilt” is not our blocks…it is the quilting!!! It was machine quilted by Linda Hrcha…from MI…she is letting me contract her for her wonderful quilting…please go to her site The QuiltedPineapple.com (click link) and view her magical talents…she has wicked quilting talent, with that machine of hers…and she has only been quilting about a year!!! I am so in awe of that alone….also here is another quilt fresh off her frame…this will be a new pattern it is on our site now, but the photo does not do it justice…here is one with the light hitting it just right…Midnight Harvest is 6 fabrics from Seasonal Little Gatherings along with hand dyed wools for the pumpkin appliqués…all for now…sorry they are not in order…forgive me.
