I live on a lake in beautiful Butte Des Morts, WI. I have three sons: Lance (forever 29), Luke 33, Jake 32, and two grand-babies, Little Man and O-Bug. I've been married to the love of my life Nick, since 1998 when we started our crazy adventure together! I am a quilter, rugger, and gardener. I also love to cook when I get the chance. Thanks for visiting and supporting Primitive Gathering Quilt Shop where I try to bring you the best Moda fabrics and wool projects anywhere! View all posts by lisabongean
Lisa, the Peartree Inn had rooms as of a couple of days ago.
Not today….thanks Lisa
Where is this at? That will determine if I know of any place, etc?
Michelle
Lisa…Fox Brair Inn is going to call you tomorrow…she always keeps a few rooms unrented because it is a bed and breakfast she likes to not have too many for breakfast. So she is going to call you tomorrow on your cell phone if she can help you out. They are listed under lodgeing at the quilt show site. You can call me if you need more info.
Lisa,
I have a room booked in Metroopolis at the Americas Value Inn Tues thru Saturday if you want it you can use it. Email me back if you need it.

Lisa… call the Paducah Travel Bureau. I’ve done this twice before and they were so helpful. Tell them you are a vendor and you’ve just learned that your accomodations have been cancelled due to closure. They will ask you a few questions (what kind of rooms do you need… etc.) and then they will search their data base. People rent out their homes, bedrooms, etc. They will call you back and give you several options to choose from along with the address, prices, etc. You can then check them out by looking them up on the internet or calling them…then when you’ve made your decision.. call them back and they will get you all set up!
Both places we have stayed at were wonderful. They really screen the housing applicants well before they accept them into their rental system.
Good luck chickie!!!
Did you check at the Kentucky Dam Village~~their cabins are great and they sometimes don’t fill up the big ones. I have a cabin you could use but it’s 2 hours north…..if you get desperate, it’s free!!
There are cabins across the Shawnee in So. IL….check out the Shawnee national forest sites. Hope it works out!!! YOU GOTTA GO…I can’t wait to see your stuff and your face! Laurie Shain
Lisa,
I am going to Paducah with Personalized Tours, Inc from Waldo, Wi. Their phone numbers are 920-528-7600 and 800-225-0608. I can’t guarantee, but worth a try. We are at the Drury Suites.
You may want to try some of the state park facilities at Kentucky lake. They do have a lodge and some cabins. also check out some of the B&Bs in the area. Go to BedandBath.com to see if some of the bed and breakfasts in the area have rooms.
LISA~~ DID YOU CHECK OUT THE SITES IN THE SHAWNEE FOREST. THERE ARE CABINS BY GOLCONDA, ETC FOR RENT …… PROBABLY ALSO SOME BY KY LAKE. HOPE IT WORKS OUT WELL FOR YOU. LAURIE
Lisa………..I work for Sew Many Quilts in Bend, OR. We have one room at the Radisson Hotel across the street from the Convention Center and 3 rooms at the Embassy Suites that is 5 blocks away. These reservations are set to be cancelled. If you want them get in touch with me and we’ll work out the arrangements. Brenda Sheppard.
