Lisa, your shop is beautiful and I’ve recommended your website to many. Unfortunately though I’ve had a problem with order 121102-125101-9258 Lisa’ Flower Garden Thread kit. I called before placing my order to verify what threads were included and if the plastic case was included. I was told that the case did come with the threads. I specifically asked because the picture showed the threads in the case and I know that you have included the case with some thread kits. I’ve received most of the threads but now I’m told that the case is not included. I would understand if I had just assumed that it was included but I did call to verify before placing my order. This was an expensive purchase for me and the fact that I had been told the case would be sent with the threads helped to influence my purchase of the thread set. I’m very disappointed with how this is being handled. Regards, Betsy
