Block #4 Here is block 4…it is on the same post as block #6 November 30,2010
I used to hide them in the newsletter…not everyone reads my newsletter and that is where this one was posted…I added it to the newsletter so people would read my newsletters…do you read my current newsletter? You should…there might be stuff in there from time to time…they are only kept on the site for so long then they are removed…
Thanks so much Lisa. I didn’t know about your blog until yesterday but am now a subscribed follower and I appreciate the speed with which you made these blocks available to me. Love these.
Is it possible to start making the sqares now or is it to late to get started with this projects. Is there a list of how to find the other posts with the instructions so that we can find them?
Thanks so much for posting those two blocks. I now have them all………………….and I also didn’t read the newsletter way back then. Just started reading the newsletter and following the blog.
Your Sawtooth Around is wonderful. You have done it again. thanks for the great design. Wow!! now I have all the Scrap Basket blocks too. Thank you so much for reposting #4, #7 amd #ll. I will be working on them and thinking about all your creativity. I am waiting for my two scrap bags of wool and the liquid marking pencil that I ordered during the sale. Very excited. Have a grand weekend and pet Jeter and Presley for me. Pat
In answer to your question “Yes, I read everything you blog and send out” !!! You have so much info that I enjoy reading all your posts!!! Keep up the great work you do and I can’t wait till your You-Tube video’s start. Can’t get to your classes or shop so seeing your smiling face on video will be like I am in your class!
Last week I received a weblog talking about the use of Magic Spray Sizing on fabric to give it a firmer finish and reduce all the little threads on the back of your work when you complete a quilt. It also suggested a spray paint nozzle you could purchase at the hardware store. Was this on your weblog? I’m not sure who sent it, you or Pam Buda or Lynne Hagmeier, but it got deleted accidentally from my deleted mail. You are the first one I’ve contacted to ask if you sent it. I want to get a nozzle but need to know exactly what to ask for.
Thanks so much! I found several of the patterns but not all. I read EVERYTHING you send out because it is all useful and your freebies are so generous! But l have only been a wool gatherer for a short while so I’m catching up slowly!
Thanks for reposting the last hard to find quilt blocks. It was very appreciated. I also now have them all. I look forward to your You Tube videos this year. Have a relaxing weekend. Hope the Packers win Saturday night!!!

Hey, I found them on my own. Enjoyed the hunt. Is the newsletter emailed for all of the long distance fans and how often do you do one? I get emails of your blog post but I don’t remember getting the newsletter.
“Yes, I read everything you blog and send out” . You have so much info that I enjoy reading all your posts. Thank you for all the time you spend sending it out to us. I can’t get to your classes or shop so seeing your smiling face on video will be like I am in your class! I can’t wait till your You-Tube video’s start.
Always make it a point ot check for your newletter as soon as the season changes. Love it when you put a recipe in them too!! I will be working on my blocks during the Packer game Saturday. Will keep me from biting my fingernails!!!
Lisa, Do you think you re-post the “fabric photo” of blocks 1, 2 and 4 ? I have found and printed the instructions for making all 12 blocks, but I cannot find the “photo” of these 3 blocks. I have created a Pinterest board and saved all the other block photos so that I can have a reference to your fabric choices when I make my blocks.
But I do not have the photo for Blocks 1, 2 and 4.
Thanks for considering.
I am brand new to your blog and I found all the blocks. You should put this in a package and sell it. They are priceless. I have 4 of your Old Glory Charm packs. I’m going to try these patterns by doubling the amouts given and use the charm packs. I will let you know how it goes. I think you are wonderful, and I mean that, not just to use the word. You are just wonderful. I wish I could do the block of the month beginning this year. I will try. Being on social security it’s hard and I bought a new Bernina which is regretful to me now. Thank you again.
Hi Lisa, Thanks very much for designing these scrap baskets. I am having trouble finding #5 ( I have all the others). Could you direct me to this last one? I had a blast sewing all of them and i wanted to challenge myself to making such tiny pieces!!! Thanks again Merryl
