I live on a lake in beautiful Butte Des Morts, WI. I have three sons: Lance (forever 29), Luke 33, Jake 32, and two grand-babies, Little Man and O-Bug. I've been married to the love of my life Nick, since 1998 when we started our crazy adventure together! I am a quilter, rugger, and gardener. I also love to cook when I get the chance. Thanks for visiting and supporting Primitive Gathering Quilt Shop where I try to bring you the best Moda fabrics and wool projects anywhere!

  1. These are so beautiful. I don’t know how you keep coming up with such amazing designs.

  2. Hi Lisa,
I recently found your blog and web site. I am interested in learning how to stitch and applique with wool. I live in Arizona so cannot attend your classes. Do you have a book you can recommend for beginners? Or do you have a project or kit that might be good? I have done a variety of hand stitching through the years: embroidery, counted crosstitch, knitting, crochet, and hand pieced quilting. I really love the primitive look and just do not know where to begin. Thank you

  3. Hi Lisa, Your table toppers are beautiful ,both would look great on my round table. I think I prefer the black. I’ve just started quilting, but i really love the look of wool.

  4. Hi Lisa, these are a real beautiful addition to any table. Love them both! Thanks for sharing. Blessings and smiles, Emilou 🙂

  5. Too beautiful! I haven’t seen that one before, because if I had I would have already ordered one! Thanks for sharing your beautiful creations!
