Hello everyone, I am writing this post on behalf of Lisa and Nick with a very heavy heart. Lance, the eldest son of Lisa and Nick, passed away suddenly just before New Year’s. Lance was 29 years old. He was a sweet, kind, gentle soul. Lisa is heartbroken beyond measure. Please keep Lisa, Nick and their family in your thoughts and prayers as they go through this difficult time.

I am so profoundly sorry for your loss, Lisa & Nick. My son died at the age of 30, 5 years ago, & one of the things that really helped me with the grief was homeopathic ignatia amara, which you can get in health food stores.
I just used one pellet under my tongue whenever I felt that I was going under with the grief; it just helps take some of the edge off.
