cover….

I just want to share some good news with you all…my quilt… made the cover of Primitive Quilts and Projects magazine…Yay!!! My first one! It is an all wool quilt with 9 simple wool appliquéd folk flowers…Some of you probably just received this issue…and for those of you who do not subscribe you can buy it here…   Click Here for more information on ordering a kit also…this magazine always has bunch of great projects in it…

On another note…I am leaving today for CA, then on to NV and then to AZ…hope to see you all there…see the schedule on the shop front page to see where I am teaching!!! Now to finish packing for 22 days…yikes…my best…LBspring-cover-2014-1antique_folk_flower

    Lisa, congratulations on your cover quilt…when I received my issue of the PQPM, I knew right away it was your quilt. I’m planning on making it…can’t wait for the kits to be ready. Also, I’m wishing you peace and solitude on your travels this month. I am glad you are getting back into your routine at this time, knowing it must be hard for you. I will be traveling with you on the cruise next month and am so looking forward to taking another of your classes…see you then!

    Received the magazine and said to myself “that looks like a LISA pattern” then was pleased it was. Love it plan on making it and congrats on making the cover you should have made the cover one time before and didn’t so GOOD JOB safe travels and nice to hear the good news

    Your quilt is so beautiful, and I would guess that the picture doesn’t do it justice. That’s a long road trip you’ll be on, but it’s good to keep busy and be around so many people.
