I live on a lake in beautiful Butte Des Morts, WI. I have three sons: Lance (forever 29), Luke 33, Jake 32, and two grand-babies, Little Man and O-Bug. I've been married to the love of my life Nick, since 1998 when we started our crazy adventure together! I am a quilter, rugger, and gardener. I also love to cook when I get the chance. Thanks for visiting and supporting Primitive Gathering Quilt Shop where I try to bring you the best Moda fabrics and wool projects anywhere!

  1. Fabulous idea. Can’t wait to see them. See you at Houston. We’ll celebrate together even though I am old enough to be your mother. Lol….. hi to Nick.

  2. This is really going to be a great idea. I am looking forward to all the blocks. Wish I did not have to wait till Nov. 28th for your block. Wonderful idea though.

  3. Oh, my goodness, more woolly cuteness!
Just finished the Winter Cabin mat from Utah Quiltfest and have fused Buttermilk Basin’s September Mystery Block of the month for stitching. Then I pulled out the Snowy Gathering candle mat pattern from Winter 2013 Primitive Quilts and Projects, thinking it was time I get that made. Now you post this fun stuff. How will I ever keep up? : )

  4. Thank-you for the sneak peak. This is going to be a fun quilt along. Love your background fabric and wool colors. It helps me to choose my fabrics seeing your partial block.

  5. Always happy when I find a blog hop – not like I have enough time to finish everything, but I do appreciate the kindness you and the other designers extend with free patterns! Thank you so much!

  6. I cannot find your block to print out for the Mystery Quilt Blog Hop. Can you tell me where to locate the block? Thank you
