Error on block 3 and repost of block 1-the magic of christmas…

Magic of Christmas Block1

Above is block 1 that some of you missed…but they are in the archives of the blog…use the search button if you miss another block….

IMG_7721Jean informed be I have a boo boo on block 3…we only need 1- 3 1/4″ square not 4…

sorry about this…but I’m sure we can reuse them somewhere just make sure you label them so you know what they were…at 3 1/4″ cut in 4…and in the diagram…the larger FG with the F should be with a C…

Happy Sunday…

The F and G flying geese should be marked Fand C

I ordered the fabric from you, original colors & I did not get the red fabric you used this time, does it matter which I use?

    Hi Lisa,
I cut the block out today and when laying it out according to the directions in the center block row you show 4 G triangles that should be C. I believe when everyone tries to put their blocks together they will find it but this will save them time.

Actually – they are not triangles – they are flying geese…sorry I used the wrong terminology.

Some people just don’t appreciate what all you do for people. The free patterns are a gift. I love the way you made the correction and I fixed mine the same way. Good grief, it’s a holiday. Thanks Lisa. Paula in KY

Thanks for the update Lisa… Loving the blocks so far and can hardly wait until I get home and can start on them… I have an idea of how I’m going to make mine. Hugs from Ohio (for now). Liz

Half the cutting directions were cut off for this block.

I would like to participate but use my own fabric, can I purchase the patterns only? Thanks so much.

I had the pattern and the fabric on the cutting board last night but decided I was too tired…guess some good can come out of procrastination!! Thanks for you do….
