Block 8 Triangle Gatherings

TRIANGLE GATHERINGS BLOCKS HAVE BEEN REMOVED…BOOK COMING SOON!

I know you are all waiting for the next block!!!! Printable version here—

I spent yesterday straightening out everything from being gone 15 days…and then caught up on the 2″ & 3″ blocks…I did notice some of you had a triangle turned in a block..isn’t it nice to be told now than when its in the quilt?  And…how come we don’t notice it????
Here is my pic of all my blocks on my closet design wall, yes it really is in the media closet…I don’t have very much wall space in my studio…so it is what it is…those lower blocks I made previous to starting this a long time ago…so to make sure I made this triangle quilt I made it a stitch along…so it will get done…and it is much more fun to stitch with all of YOU!!!

On the left  and in back are all the brains/tv-internet-security- of the house..so its a nice closet for me to stick my 4x8foot wall in…my carry-on and my sewing machine carrier are also tucked in here along with my drying racks that are not in use…

We are almost to 10 blocks and our first give-away…I better start rounding something up….If you want a chance to win….post all 10 of your blocks(after we post them) and you may be the lucky one to win!!!

Stitch away!!!

Please remember to post on FB and IG!!!

Anxiously waiting for my shipment from your shop of pre-cuts so I can start. I decided to save myself some labor and get right into it. Hopefully the mail lady will have it in her truck tomorrow!! Your blocks are beautiful — looking forward to joining in!

I so admire you speedy sewing. And love the design wall. Also, you showed a drying rack on the blog about the precut starching, and now again. Where did you get such sturdy looking racks? I have searched on amazon and not too impressed with selections. Thanks in advance,
    Peg

You’re killing me with the tiny blocks! They’re ridiculously cute. I have a kind of plan to mix the 6″ and 3″ blocks somehow, but I’m still mulling over ideas. Maybe I should just row caution to the wind and just start making them.

I think this is my favorite Triangle Block so far but then I think that about all of them! Thanks for all your work in putting this together for us and I loved your beach retreat pictures (SC?- I don’t remember). Anybody out there- what is the name of the wooden sticks used to help open seams for pressing from PG, mentioned a few posts ago?

Hi Lisa Thanks for this sew along! I was wondering in the post with the four different sets of blocks (in the closet) could you tell me the sizes of each block. I’m guessing 2″ and 3″ for the smaller ones. What size are the two larger ones. Thanks for all the you do!

Would you be available to speak at our quilt guild in St. Cloud, MN next year, 2018?
