Hey Everyone…I hope you all all doing well this evening… I have just landed in CA…It’s retreat week!!! We are going to have fun!… 40 of us for 4 days…starting tomorrow!!! I snuck in a little MiMi time before I left…Little Man is getting big!!! and fun…We went to the park where MiMi went down the slide 4 times….and sharpened my “under duck” skills…We watched the baby wild life at the Lakehouse…Little Man is also starting to play by himself…so MiMi could stitch on her freebie block….and…he’s smitten with my sewing machine…scolded Mommy that he wasn’t done stitching yet when it was time to go…he pushes the patches and makes a sewing sound, super cute… the day went by fast and then it’s time for MiMi to get back to work….Enjoy your block 44…

    Hi Lisa, Little man is so adorable, thanks for sharing your day with us. Love that he’s pseudo sewing!! I can’t believe how many babies there were at the lake! Ducks or geese, or?? Enjoy your retreat and the food! I will be in CA in July with my son, and again in Aug on retreat at the same place in Temecula, can’t wait! Hoping to stop by your CA store while there and say Hi to Dru. It was 91 here in CO today! Whew! Hugs, Jakey

    Very cute! In fact we are all a little “quackers” with the grand kids and he is adorable. Daurmont is keeping me busy for the next few months, sew much sew I won’t be piecing blocks. Love that pattern.
