That’s a lovely block too , I am so far behind! !! But I have every intention to remedy that over the summer holidays. I promise 😕
Thanks Lisa for the alternates. I do enjoy them and appreciate your efforts. Gee, I was happy with the non-pretty posting but this truly is sharper and looks great. Also looking at your class availability in Paducah. Thanks for the posting.
Love appliqué and have been doing them but this weeks block looked a bit fussy so your alternate is appreciated!
Thank you once agin for your clear direction and making the alternative blocks!
Thank you for all the hard work you put into these blocks and allowing us to be a part of you efforts. Such talent and dedication is appreciated!
Thanks for the extra block!! Wish I lived anywhere close to take one of your classes… they look fun. Will have to settle with ordering the patterns and fabric instead. Will all of your projects be available in pattern form?
Like this block much better. Thanks so much.
thank you I am in Australia and he flag would not work I was wonderingwhat to replace it with.
Hmm. Are you sure this is a different block? I can’t see the difference. And……I like it the way it is.

the difference is the printable pattern not the block itself…
I, too, appreciate your alternate blocks. Fell in love with the Liberty Gathering fabric line immediately! Thanks for all of your designs.
This BOW has been so much fun. Your blocks and alternates have certainly challenged my piecing skills! Thanks for all you do, it is much appreciated.
I enjoy block ideas. I start out making a block so I will remember the block and sometimes make a whole little cute wall hanging.
Thank you Lisa! While I love all the work in the block, and learning the techniques involved, as an Aussie I wasn’t sure how to explain American flags in my quilt! The alternative block is a worthy substitute for your overseas fans to try!
I love the alternate blocks!!!
Thank you so much for this sweet little block. I just finished it and I’m very happy with how it turned out.
