I live on a lake in beautiful Butte Des Morts, WI. I have three sons: Lance (forever 29), Luke 33, Jake 32, and two grand-babies, Little Man and O-Bug. I've been married to the love of my life Nick, since 1998 when we started our crazy adventure together! I am a quilter, rugger, and gardener. I also love to cook when I get the chance. Thanks for visiting and supporting Primitive Gathering Quilt Shop where I try to bring you the best Moda fabrics and wool projects anywhere!

  1. I am excited for you that you are cutting back a little in your schedule. Your creativity and the amount you do knocks my socks off.

  2. I love both these runners. I made the ball jar one and even made a little door hanger to match:) I would love to be in Utah….but a little too far from Florida! I will be taking your classes in OBX in November – can’t wait to learn wool applique from the master:)!!!! Enjoy the Lone Star state – travel safe. I will be doing a little stitching today – I’m working on the SBOW freebie. I’m planning on gifting it to my son and daughter-in-law who will be closing on their first house in Colorado in October:) I reserve about an hour to an hour and a half every afternoon for handwork – that way it gets done:)
