I live on a lake in beautiful Butte Des Morts, WI. I have three sons: Lance (forever 29), Luke 33, Jake 32, and two grand-babies, Little Man and O-Bug. I've been married to the love of my life Nick, since 1998 when we started our crazy adventure together! I am a quilter, rugger, and gardener. I also love to cook when I get the chance. Thanks for visiting and supporting Primitive Gathering Quilt Shop where I try to bring you the best Moda fabrics and wool projects anywhere!

  1. Im so excited, as I look forward to this event every year. Thank you Lisa for all you do for your customers and loyal followers. I wish you peace, love and joy this Christmas season with family and friends.

  2. With all you have going on I was giving you a “pass” on this event this year. But, I’m super excited you are tackling it! You’re the bestest! 🎄🎅🏻

  3. I feel like a little kid waiting for Santa on Christmas Eve. I can’t wait,
Lisa! You and your staff do so much for us! Thank you and Merry Christmas!

  4. A house on the beach next to my daughter and grandsons. Of course I need a great sewing room with a LA and all the fixings.

  5. I have been really thinking about a puppy lately. Since i currently rent and can’t have one, I guess I would settle for a little “binding fairy” who would magically get the binding on my quilts.

  6. I wish I had a CLEAN sewing room with shelving to put all my fabrics. Thank you Lisa for all you do. Love those little 2″ stars.

  7. I would like a new body for Christmas, this old one is keeping me down! I also would like the gift of time. I thought when I retired I would have lots more time to quilt, but it isn’t working out that way.

  8. Anything for Christmas?!!! A Disney World Disney Cruise for my whole family – 15 of us! Wouldn’t that be fun!! I love spending time with my family and I love Christmas! God bless you, Lisa!

  9. I wish I had someone to clean and organize my sewing room after I finish a project. The only think I focus on is the project at hand! HA What I would seriously want is for happiness and health for my family and friends. Merry Christmas!

  10. A large Sewing room instead of my 2 floors here. A quilting cottage would fit be hind the house!!! What a wonderful Santa surprise that would be!!! Merry Christmas and God bless you

  11. First let me say that I HATE to clean the house. I only do it because it is one of those things that needs to be done. Like dental work it just is one of those things that I really detest doing. It is time away from everything that is important like quilting and other such wonderful things. That being said I would wish for someone to keep it clean for me for the rest of my life. Not just clean to my husband’s standards (if he can step over it, then it must not be there) but clean to my Grandmother’s standards. You could eat off of her floor, not a possibility in my house (except for the dog).

  12. Ready for your elves to show up. Need a lot of organization in my sewing room. Thank you for you do to help us. Love your patterns & enthusiasm! Really enjoyed your class in Scottsdale . Wishing you & your group Happy Holidays !🎄

  13. Longarm quilting machine and then for you to show me how to use it. Three quilt tops ready to go. Merry Christmas!

  14. Kindness and a return to caring about others. Thank you for this give away and for all the designs you do.

  15. My wish is to continue the family tradition of fun and togetherness at this time of the year and everyone to enjoy and love one another as always.

  16. Christmas – ahhhh well, it is so blinkin hot here in NZ I cannot get my head around it but some nice cooling breezes wafting about our legs would be so welcome, but then again, snow on the beach would be awesome. By the way, I love the blog page with the snow falling – beautiful.

  17. I would love to have more time to piece all the quilts on my bucket list or at least the ones in my UFO pile. I would also love to have more confidence in my machine quilting. Merry Christmas!
