This 15’x15″ ย Itty Bitty Eights Square Ruler is designed by Lisa Bongean of Primitive Gatherings features easy to read 1/8 inch markings. The black and white dashed eighth inch markings show on both light and dark fabrics. The dashed 1 inch grid lines ensure accuracy when cutting pieces for miniature quilts. Refer to the black diamonds when cutting 1/8 inch strips; the white diamonds when cutting 1/4 inch increments. Forty-five degree angles are marked from corner to corner, perfect for squaring up blocks.
The 8 inch by 24 inch Itty Bitty Eights Rectangle Ruler designed by Lisa Bongean of Primitive Gatherings features easy to read 1/8 inch markings. The black and white dashed eighth inch markings show on both light and dark fabrics. The dashed 1 inch grid lines ensure accuracy when cutting pieces for miniature quilts. Refer to the black diamonds when cutting 1/8″ units; the white diamonds when cutting 1/4″” inch units. The ruler slides easily over the fabric until pressure is applied. Then, our exclusive gripper holds the fabric in place while cutting, eliminating slipping and miss-cuts!
If you purchase both rulers you will get this nifty gadget to store your essentials at your machine!!!
I love your 1/8โ rulers. Unfortunately I cannot order either new one at this time but I sure would love to win either one! Thanks for the opportunity!
These rulers look awesome! Love the fact that they will grip the fabric and help not to slide!! Those are my preferred rulers now that i am having a harder time cutting my fabric as i age! I also love the 1/8th markings, so very helpful! Thanks for a chance to win!

SO HAPPY to see a larger square size of the itty bitty eighths ruler!!!! I use my 6×6 every day. They are the bomb and I donโt know how tiny piecers live without them!!!
I keep sahying I have all the rulers I need, but I must admit, I REALLY DO need these rulers, I like the way you’ve marked them. Thanks for such thoughtful design.
Awesome rulers! Really like the 1/8 inch markings for the miniatures as well as the 45 degree lines. Non slip is the icing on the cake. Really like clean, easy to read rulers.
I have your 2 smaller itty bitty eighths rulers and LOVE them! Especially the 6โ square, itโs always on y cutting table and if it isnโt Iโm looking for it. The eighth inch markings are wonderful! Would love the 8×24 size.
WOW, I really LOVE your new website! So easy to navigate. I have your smaller Itty Bitty ruler and would love to have these two new rulers. My friends think I’m silly but I love working with small pieces. Enjoy Kansas City. Don’t work too hard!
I love following Lisa’s work. I am getting ready to work on a wool project designed by her. I would love to try her new rulers for my quilting projects.
Oh, wow, Lisa–I am so excited! I have two each of the first two, and then I got the third one a year ago (for Mother’s Day, actually). These are my dream rulers come to life!!
Not only do I love these rulers, but I love that theyโre Itty Bitty rulers. Creative Grid rulers rock! Iโm super excited to add these to my collection.

I use the 5 x 15 inch for cutting. Love it. And always have the 3 x 7 on the table too. Wouldn’t mind adding more, I think the 8 x 24 could easily become a favorite!
Your 5โ x 15โ ruler along with the 6โ square ruler are the rulers I use the most! I love having 1/8โ markers on the rulers. I use that 1/8โ mark so often I canโt imagine using a ruler without it! The 8โ x 24โ is a fantastic size sometimes you need a little longer ruler but still want the 1/8โ marking. Iโve been looking for a larger square ruler. One more thing your rulers are easy to read!
Hi Lisa, Always love your rulers, have to ck out your video… I appreciate these too since I am a visual person. Hope all is well with you and yours. Hugs, Chris
Some of my rulers are hard to read and I have to place those gripper dots underneath to keep them in place. I am glad you came up with some rulers that are easy to read and stay in place. A big plus for us quilters who like things cut perfectly!!
I have a lot of rulers but like rulers that you can see the markings better. Some the lines are so solid you canโt be sure you are cutting accurate. Love your ideas
Ever since the first 1/8 inch Itty Bitty rulers came out, Iโve thought they were perfect. I have the smallest, itโs wonderful for so many reasons itโs used constantly. In the last year Iโve been making hexies, more than any other type of sewing, your ruler has been indispensable.
Werenโt your other ones the first ones that had the 1/8th marks. I was like whoah where have these been all along. And now to have a SQUARE with them. Thanks!!!!! How can you pass THAT up? ๐
Would love to win your rulers. New to quilting and having made a small quilt for my wall, I plan to begin a larger on for my bed. Any help would be appreciated.
I really love your rulers! They are my favorite ones to use! I am soo excited and happy you now have more sizes. I need these. When your rulers first came out, I told a quilt shop owner about how much I loved them and they started carrying them for their customers. I let my friends use mine when they come to sew and anyone that didn’t have them now do. Any one who doesn’t have these, try them and you will fall in love with them. Have a wonderful day!
You are the Ruler of quilt design. ๐ thought that was cute. But I ordered a set of these new ones. Hope if I win, I wont be charged for these fabulous rulers!
I love your smaller rulers. I will have to put these new rulers on my wish list! What a fun gadget to put on the side of the machine! What is the name of the thread snip that is in your holder? Thanks a bunch for the chance to win!
