Happy New Year to you and the wonderful Primitive Gatherings team and thank you for all of the generous give-aways. I couldn’t find a way to comment on the Day 6 post. I checked a few times to see if it had been corrected. That could be why there were no comments on that post.
Lisa, the reason no one commented is because there was no way to comment. I tried and tried because both my sons are artists and it is people like us who put food on my boys’ tables. I also mentioned that I had recently purchased a Sarah Watts piece, The Seam Reaper, which I love! I sent a comment on a different day, to this effect. And a few hours ago I also purchase her kitties with attitude.
I would like to officially respond to Day 6! I must have been caught up in my wool applique and totally forgot. Happiest of New Years everyone!! Make this your best year ever! 🥰
I don’t want you to think there was no interest or support for your Day 6 post about independent artists. There was no way for anyone to comment on the post. I’m a fan of Sarah Watts and have one of her prints in my sewing room–a beautiful picture of a pup at a window looking at a squirrel, with a sewing machine in the foreground. I think it’s important to spread the word and encourage purchasing from artists.
Thank you for this fun event, I look forward to it every year.
I know on one of the days there wasn’t a place to comment. At least I could not find it.
Happy New to you and all of Primitive Gatherings
Happy New Year Lisa! Looking forward to another year of inspiration from you and the Primitive Gathering crew! Thank you so much for your work and attention to detail in putting together your book “Wool, Needle & Flannel “! It’s your favorite Christmas gift! I’ll be sure to have it by my side as I stitch. It IS like having you with me as my instructor! Love it!
Congratulations to all the winners. What a fun way to begin 2020!! I don’t think that there was a post from Day 6, thus no comments. I just checked, and I received nothing for that day. hmmmmm ☹️ Oh well, next time.
Thank you Lisa for the patterns I won. I am so very excited to pick them out today! Wow, I am soo…. happy. You are so very generous. Bless you, your family and your business. I love your patterns, fabrics and all your products. Happy New Year!!!
Happy New Year Lisa, Amy and all the Primitive Gatherings staff. Praying everyone has a healthy New Year!
Love all the Primitive Gatherings items – can’t wait to start on my Farmhouse Flannels quilt.
Thank you for all you do! I am so excited for Indigo Gatherings to reach stores. Have my blue and white quilt book and I’ll be ready to go. I always love following along with your needful things, this year I was tending a sick parent and struggled to keep up.
Lisa, I love your blog. I didn’t see day 6. We were moving, and that got past me. I do shop small business, and local to boot. Found that post this morning, and gee, such cute stuff. I tried clicking on the link this morning, but it didn’t work. Lisa, keep up your wonderful work. I just feel happy when I see a new post.
Thank you for another fun year of Needful Things.
A lot of great things, but it’s harder to come up with extra money for the Needful Things when I’m spending the money on the wool boxes and I bought the Christmas Box.
Regarding Day 6 and no comments, I don’t believe the blog message I received had a place to make comments.
