Did You Know We Have Downloadable Patterns?

Hey everyone! I hope you’re having a great day. I wanted to pop on quickly and talk a little bit about the downloadable PDF patterns we have available. Many of you have been asking if we carry downloadable patterns and if so, how to find them. The answer is yes we do have them, and great news – they are super easy to locate on our website! Let me show you…

Go to our website at http://www.primitivegatherings.us. Under the PG logo in the upper left-hand corner, you will find three white lines and the word, “MENU.” Click “MENU.” It will look like this:

Once you click MENU,” you will see a drop-down menu appear. From the drop-down menu click on OUR DESIGNS.”

After clicking on OUR DESIGNS,” several buttons will appear to choose from. You will need to select DOWNLOADABLE PATTERNS.”

By clicking DOWNLOADABLE PATTERNS you will find all patterns currently offered as an electronic download for purchase. Once you make your selections and add them to your cart, check out as usual. NOTE: These orders must be manually processed at this time. What this means is that if you order and pay for your pattern after hours or during closed times, you will not have access to it until someone is able to finish processing the order. In other words – PDF PATTERNS WILL NOT BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE DIRECTLY AFTER PURCHASE and may take up to 48 hours to become available. We are sorry for any inconvenience and are working diligently to make these patterns immediately available after purchase. We hope to have this issue resolved with the release of our new website in January.

I’m sure you’ll notice right away that the number of patterns we currently have available for download purchase is only a tiny scratch of the surface of what we have to offer here at Primitive Gatherings. Reason being, it’s one heck of a process to digitize over 500 patterns! Needless to say, that’s going to take some time… But fear not faithful stitchers, we’ll get there eventually. We have been chipping away at it a day at a time in between all the other “chipping” we’ve been doing to get this new web site of ours off the ground in time to launch in January. If you’ve ever rebuilt a website you know how much work it is. Even the little things that aren’t difficult are just SO tedious and time consuming. There’s only so many hours in the day! I guess what I’m trying to say is, bear with us. We see the light at the end of the tunnel and we’re pretty sure it’s not a train. LOL! Of course, if you have any questions about downloadable patterns or are having trouble with your order, feel free to give the shop a call at 920-722-7233 where they will be happy to help you resolve any issues!

Alright everyone, short post today but I’m still busy playing catch up so it’ll have to do! I will see you back here tomorrow bright and early for Shop Talk with Shelley at 9:30 a.m. on YouTube. She’ll be covering any shop announcements as usual, along with some Christmas projects we think you’re really going to love. Don’t miss it! All you have to do to tune in is click the button below! And hey – I had such a good response to my “All Things Autumn” parts one and two posts that I plan to do the same for Winter and Christmas! Let me know in the comments what types of projects you’d like to see and I’ll do my best to put together a list that everyone will appreciate. See you in the morning!

I like seeing your quilt projects as well as small wool projects. Any size quilts, table runners, toppers or small projects for Scotty’s boards in wool. Also looking forward to PG’s future in cross stitch. Thanks for all you do!

This is great to know and I have already checked it out. A few years ago you had a table mat that had apples on it. I had good intentions of ordering the kit because the wool apples were so pretty, but I didn’t. I have been looking for that pattern ever since to no avail. I hope it comes back. Pam Miller

Thanks for the helpful tutorial on your website today! I would love to see some Christmas and Winter themed table runners. I have a smaller table since we have rented a table and chairs for our apartment. It is only 36″ wide and 50″ long, and by the time you put two 12 1/2″ placemats across from each other there is not a lot of space for a runner but I am sure I could adjust whatever adorable ideas you come up with! I find it hard to make a runner and know it will get spills on it but it will wash right! 🙂 I can’t imagine digitizing 500 patterns! I know how hard it is to go back to things on the computer and try to get them organized. I hope that things go well on your new website and you can see daily progress. Thanks for keeping it real and sharing your heart with us. K-
