Hello everyone! I hope you’re as pumped as we are for the arrival of our brand-spankin’ new website, that will officially launch TOMORROW, May 18th, 2023! We are proud to finally introduce the site we have all been dreaming about for the last year and a half, featuring a better search engine, easier shopping, amazing pictures, easy access to account information, and so much more! 

Needless to say it’s a crazy busy day here as we tie up loose ends, dot all the i’s, and cross all the t’s in preparation for the site to go live very shortly. I can’t stay long but I wanted to check in and remind you that if you are currently a registered customer with us, there are a few things you need to do going forward to make sure your transition over to the new site goes smoothly. Registered customers should receive an email from Primitive Gatherings as soon as the site is LIVE with instructions on what to do next. PLEASE NOTE: If you already have an account on our current website, your information will NOT transfer over to the new site. As explained in the email, you will need to go onto the new site and re-register your account information before you will be able to make an order using your new account. If you do not already have an account with us, simply start a new one.

Good news for those of you who are enrolled in our Subscription Boxes! All of your personal and credit card information WILL roll over to the new system in regard to subscriptions. We are still using the same payment gateway so the new site launch will not affect your Subscription Box (you will however, still need to re-register on the new site for regular purchases). Gift card balances will also transfer using the code that you were originally given.

I know this is a lot of information and kind of a pain… Trust me – we’re over it too! I want you to know how much I appreciate your patience and understanding while we fought our way through this battle of a process. I also want to let everyone know that due to the chaos of the site launch, there will be no CommentSold tomorrow, Thursday May 18th, but I will be going LIVE on STITCH with Lisa Bongean at our normal time of 1:00 p.m. CST where I’ll be talking all about the new site and all the excitement happening here at Primitive Gatherings.
