Did you qualify for the PG Primitive Christmas Coupon book this year? If that’s you, great news! Today is the day that those of you who made a purchase during our Primitive Christmas Event in November, get to use your first coupon! And of course, even though Jessica made it an amazing one, it’s also one that apparently our new POS system does not know how to use. Seriously, how does that happen?!? In her defense, way back when she came up with the coupons we had no way of knowing which platforms we’d be using over a year later. Talk about frustrating! BUT, no worries. The light at the end of the tunnel is that going forward, all the other coupons will work as they should in the new system. Fingers crossed, this is a one-time snafu. For whatever reason the technology gods decided to give us a little run for our money, so this first one can not be used as intended. Good grief! 

OK – so. What does this mean? For those of you that have the Coupon Book and would like to use your January coupon – valid TODAY ONLY – 01/18/24 – this is how it will work. Once you are done shopping and have added any items you wish to purchase to your cart (including the one item you wish to apply the 30% OFF coupon to), you are ready to check out. In the check out area, you will need to enter the coupon code found on the January coupon in the the 2024 Primitive Christmas Coupon Book as shown below:

PLEASE NOTE: The automated system will only show a $0.01. discount. This is going to flag our Order/Shipping Department that you have the Coupon Book, and that we need to take 30% off the highest priced item in your cart. They will then apply the discount manually.
