Hey, everyone! Ever wish your fabric obsession paid you back? Well, guess what – it does when you shop at Primitive Gatherings! Did you know that *every time you make a purchase in our retail store or on the Primitive Gatherings retail website, your total adds up to more than just a stack of pretty things? That’s right… Our Customer Loyalty Points Program quietly works behind the scenes, rewarding you with points when you shop at Primitive Gatherings. This is how it works…
If you do not already have a Primitive Gatherings customer account, you will need to make one. To register, simply locate the gray “Loyalty Program” button on our website at https://primitivegatherings.us/ (you will find it on the lower left-hand side of your screen.
PLEASE NOTE: If the button does not automatically appear, scroll down slightly and it should pop up. If you’re still having trouble, you can also sign up by clicking the user icon on the upper right-hand corner of the website (the one shaped like a little person) and clicking “sign in.”

For each dollar you spend in our retail store or on our Primitive Gatherings retail website, you’ll earn 1 (one) Loyalty Point. Once you accumulate 500 points, you can cash them in for a $20 store credit — simple as that! It’s like your shopping cart is giving you a big, fat high-five… and then handing you twenty bucks to spend at PG (* offer does not include the purchase of sewing machines, subscriptions/BOM’s, gift cards, pre-orders, classes, retreat stays at The Gathering, CommentSold purchases, tax, or shipping). Pretty good deal, right?
PLEASE NOTE: Once you convert your Loyalty Points into store credit, you’re not quite done yet. If you’re shopping online, you’ll still need to apply your store credit to your cart at checkout since it doesn’t hop in there automatically. Think of it as a two-step dance… Convert your points, then apply the credit. Easy peasy once you know the steps! And the best part? Once you’re registered with PG, you don’t have to sign up for anything else. As long as you have an account in our system, you’re in! Loyalty Points are tracked automatically and build up behind the scenes *every time you shop.
Are you someone who shops Primitive Gatherings both online AND in-store? No worries1 You’re covered either way. Just make sure you use the same email address for both, and all your points will pile up in one happy place. Whether you’re adding goodies to your cart from the comfort of your La-Z-Boy, or you’re picking up fabric in person, your rewards will stay connected.
And just when you thought things couldn’t be any better, I still need to tell you about the PG Loyalty Points Birthday perk! When registering your account, be sure to include your birth date and we’ll drop 250 Loyalty Points into your account on the first day of your birthday month. Consider it a little “happy birthday” gift from us to you in the shape of Loyalty Points. 😘 Love you!
One more thing before I let you go… Loyalty Points and store credit never expire! That means you can save up your rewards at your own pace with no pressure. Just remember, some things don’t earn points like sewing machines, subscriptions/BOMs, gift cards, pre-orders, classes, retreat stays at The Gathering, and CommentSold purchases. Also, tax and shipping don’t count toward your points — only your order subtotal. If you have any questions regarding our Loyalty Points Program, please feel free to email our Loyalty Points guru, Jackson at: jacksont@primitivegatherings.us!
Now that you know all the deets, I hope you’re feeling excited about earning some easy rewards… because obviously you needed yet another reason to pad your sewing room stash! Glad I could help you with that. LOL!!! Be sure to join the girls and I tomorrow for LIVE with Lisa on my YouTube channel, STITCH with Lisa Bongean at 1:00 p.m. CST for more helpful life advice from yours truly. And speaking of shopping — watch your CommentSold app notifications for another exciting hour of CS with Jess and Heidi! I’m not exactly sure what time they’ll grace us with their presence, so be sure to keep a close eye on that app. Stay cool and I will see you all tomorrow. Happy shopping! ~Lisa
