It’s been cr–azy here…lots to do and going on…you should be recieving your kits for Block Heads  and if you ordered just recently they are working on the last of them and they will be sent out this week yet…so thank you for being patient and we are all lucky because the blocks are really easy to catch up on!!!

I had my Sit & Sew girls out at the house yesterday…here are some pics…ENJOY!!!

    Thanks for sharing Lisa… everyones project looks great and a lot of finishes too! I would like to compliment Kathy specifically for her Triangle Gatherings quilt, it looks stunning her setting is beautiful especially with the added snowflakes!

    The bear pattern is Bjorn Bear by Elizabeth Hartmann, available at quilt shops or as part of her Craftsy class. The “free” part is the quilting tutorial by Angela Walters on Youtube. Search “Angela Walters Bjorn Bear” and she will show you how to quilt these bears on the long arm. Primitive Gatherings carries several of Elizabeth Hartmann’s patterns – they are all cute, perfect for kids and very fun to make!

    I like seeing the Moda blockheads, but I wish I could get added to Twiglight Garden list so I can start cutting  my flannel background blocks. Jessica needs to add me to the closed group. Im still waiting.Caren

    Not sure what “block heads” is all about but just love all the projects in their “show and tells”. Nice group of talented ladies and they really get a badge for attending or is it earned like in Girl Scouts? What a cool idea. Might be an idea for our quild. Where do you buy the badges?

    I have been collecting the blocks heads patterns and I’m wondering if you could help me with fabric amounts. Lisa I like your version of the blocks so if I wanted to go with a theme, how much yardage would I need approximately to put these blocks together? Do you think 2 yds of two lights, two mediums, and two darks would get these blocks made?
