Its lucky week no. 13 and this weeks block is from Corey Yoder!
Her design company is called Coriander Quilts…Her block this week is called…Patchwork Flower
and here is my version of Corey’s pattern..
Now do not look too close…there are some descrepensies in my block and to me it looked just fine…there probably were some tweaks to this pattern and I just worked from the original Moda sent us a LONG time ago… my leaf is switched and the logs around the flower are directional…I made mine all the same and then noticed it…but it is NOT a obvious error and I did not change/correct it to be exact as the pattern…because who really cares???? Not me… is the answer…I LOVE this block…it was so fun…I have not made any of this type of block yet…and I loved it…

I love the fabrics you’re using for your BlockHeads2. I’ve looked on your website but couldn’t find any… are there any fat quarter bundles left??? Or… what line are you using; or is it a combination? I haven’t started my BH2 yet and want to either use yours or Sherri’s Clover Hollow. I like yours tho because it had a masculine feel to it.

Is it just me? I have real trouble getting to the Blockheads 2 link for the pattern….I seem to wander endlessly through the designer’s blog…..not fun.
It must be you… it took me two seconds to click the link from my blog to Corey’s blog and her pattern link was right there… so look for the underlined words those are links if you are not familiar with that…

I’m from Illinois originally grew up in Southern Illinois and raised two daughters in Northern Illinois…live now in Tucson AZ area becuase of breathing problems….I love your site and the fabric your take on wool app and just wonder how the heck you get everything done (Wonder Woman) I’ve nicknamed you that..thanks for a wonderful site
