Love wool applique! I really enjoyed Crazy life and Twilight Garden but then again, all the patten are wonderful!! Thank you for sharing your talent!
I love wool. Although I don’t have a lot of experience. I just ordered your book of stitches. I save every little scrap.!
My favorite wool stocking was the five stockings I made for my five littles! I also have your Santa table mat that I love and get tons of comments on!
I love it all but my favorite is the hydrangea wool mat. It lives at my Mom’s house and reminds me of my favorite flowers that I would love to grow but won’t work climate wise.
I took a “Stitching Society” class a couple of years ago and fell in love with wool stitching/appliqueing. I recently completed a quilt top with wool-appliqued angels upon which I embroidered the names and birthdates of my children and grandchildren. Love, love, love the colors and textures!
I’m working on the reindeer pillow
Hi, Lisa! My favorite wool project is Live a Thankful Life although I haven’t started mine yet. It is on my list of “when I retire.” As always, love you and your creations!
I haven’t completed any wool projects so am excited to learn all the techniques. Would start with something small but you have such great patterns I would have to see what colors would match the project. I am a matchy person rather than scrappy. Thanks for opportunity!
I love all things wool!. I’m just finishing up 24 wool Christmas Ornaments that I give to family and friends for the holidays. Thank you Lisa for all you do. I’m also working on the Life a Thankful Life BOM, so fun and beautiful.
I love doing Halloween/Fall Wool Projects…..the colors are so deep and rich and makes you feel happy…like a kid again!
Would give to a very dear friend who does lots of appliqué and has gifted me with many beautiful projects 🙂
Hello Lisa,
I decided to learn something new during Covid and picked up Live a thankful life wool project. It’s addictive
Have always bought your fabric lines, this is a first for wool, will not be the last!!!
Danae Moore
I made the “We are Family” snowman kit. It was nice to have everything I needed to just start right away. Love your designs!
My favorite wool project has been my largest project to date. LATL SBOW!!! I have loved working on this quilt.
Not only to practice and improve my sewing skills but to help pass the time. So thankful for you and all your crew! Wishing you all a wonderful holiday!
I love making ornaments and small pieces for the wooden displays! Wool precuts are perfect for these projects!
I would share with my sister who is just starting the wool frenzy.
Going to be working on The Santa The tree The turkey and Me soon. This will be my first project with wool. I have been reading thru the wool needle and thread book I purchased from PG. Wish me luck!!!!
I love wool applique! I redid my bathroom and want to make a wall hanging to go above the beadboard paneling. maybe changing it out seasonally 🙂
Potted Geranium Pillow and Home Grown I finished up earlier this year. I love to add touches of wools to many project’s. Quilts and Pincushions. Love going thru your wools at quilt shows.
I need wool bundles! Love your wool Lisa!
I’ve loved and worked with wool for years – there is nothing quite like it – thank you for keeping our fingers busy with all of your creative wool designs!
I am wanting to do a winter mat for my kitchen island
I am just beginning my wool journey (hee hee) and plan to begin with ornaments for next year’s Christmas presents.
While I don’t have the pattern and have not made it, I’m in love in Primitive Garden. Two more of my loves that I actually own and am working on are Live A Thankful Life and Words to Live By. I have a Santa pattern that I have owned for years and never done. Was always going to do it in cotton, but it has recently dawned on me that it would be beautiful in wool applique so that is what I would use the wool for.
I love winter scenes and Santa’s in wool and try some projects with those themes. I also do a lot in machine embroidery, have use wool as an applique and would like to incorporate more that way as well.
I love making ornaments and small pieces for the wooden display boards!
my favorite wool project is the Twilight Garden and a wool quilt from a few years ago that was the months and spools of thread. I don’t recall the name.
I would love to start stitching with wool! If I won I’d love to make a tablerunner or a pillow. Start slow and then one day would love to make your Twilight Garden. 💕
I learned to quilt in 2000 and loved it. It wasn’t until 2014 I fell in love with wool appliquéing. Now I combine the two and that keeps me busy in retirement! Just can’t ever have enough wool!!
I am just stepping into the wool waters. I have been rug hooking, appliqueing, penny rugs, and now I, starting pin keeps, and crazy quilting projects. I have trouble focusing on any one in particular. I mainly get my wool from thrift stores, so my color options are limited. I would love to have more variety to play with! If I don’t quit reading your blog I will soon be wanting to quilt too!
I haven’t made anything with wool yet. However – I did purchase a used pattern at a local pre-covid quilting guild sale – ‘Primitive Gatherings * Folk Art Album’. Perhaps there would be enough supply to make a couple of blocks as a stepping stone to the land of wool!!
I did a large wool applique quilt of all flowers, which is my favorite project I’ve done.
I love all the geranium stitcheries, I signed up for Twilight Garden and The Santa and Me BOM this next year…..I will make some
projects with my wool bundle if I win!
I have thoroughly enjoyed your projects. I am so grateful to Donna @ Brynwood for introducing me to wool through a blog post long ago where she visited your shop and talked about her project and love for wool.
The best ever project has been the Home with the state. I have done one for each of my children away from home and need to make a few more for those closest to us as they want one. Soon, in a few years I will be stitching for each of the grands as they become adults and venture away.
For those that have received one, it has become the first item that is noticed when friends are over and they are proudly able to talk about home.
I am a veteran. I was born to the military, served and married a military member. Spent many years away from family and home. Its always a happy moment when you are away from home and you can look up and see such a simple symbol of love and have a happy a heart.
Thanks for all your designs but especially that one. My children are all in service professions vital to the operations of our country. Thanks for helping me to bring a smile to their hearts far away from home.
What would I do with the wools if I won???
I first would drool, pet a little well maybe alot but then I would figure out what project would best suited to what has been gifted.
I want to make my husband a little pillow with a simple saying that he will fit in his hand while he’s receiving treatments. He’s quite sick and feels alone even though I am with him, I think holding a little pillow would help him to stay connected.
This is the sweetest thing! I am going to make one and send it to my dad. Thank you!
Twilight Garden is my favorite wool applique of all time – it is drop dead gorgeous! I have a long way to go before it is finished, but I’m sure it will be the best quilt I ever make (unless you top yourself in the future – but you set a VERY high bar)!
Depending on the size of the fabric, I’d make a table mat using one of the motifs from Moon Garden pattern.
My first wool project was the SBOW Sunflower Gatherings and I’ve been hooked ever since!
And Primitive Gatherings patterns are by far my favorite!
My favorite wool project is table runners – (Although I have been on a pin cushion kick!) most specifically all Maggie Bonanomi patterns!! Love them.
I also just made a cotton and wool quilt sewing different wool trees in the cotton squares. It came out so great! Now for the borders. 🙂
My favorite wool project is Heirloom Rose! You have converted a person who never thought they could appliqué your one obsessed with wool appliqué!! Thank you!!
My favorite wool project is Everlasting..love the bright colors. Also love your word pillows. If I won
I would share wool among my small wool applique group. There are 8 of us and we have been meeting every month for the last 6 years. Thank you for all the lovely things you do for us. So glad I found you this year,
I love all your wool projects and have many kits ready to go, but I really want to do Welcome to the North Pole in wool appliqué. I am accumulating enough wool in brights to bring that too pass. I no longer have any desire to do regular needle turn!
My favorite wool project so far has been the Live a Thankful Life block of the week. I have completed all of the blocks. Still working on the sashings. Set it aside to start working on Christmas projects and presents. Will pick back up after the new year. Also very much enjoy the projects in the Wool subscription boxes!
I am just getting into the “wool thing”! Swore I had enough to do without taking on a new hobby. Because of all the wonder wool projects you have introduced, I finally bit the bullet. Don’t have a stash yet, but with all the new Christmas projects in 2020, I will have many more Christmas 2021 projects to show.
Well I have your wool book and it’s beautiful. I have a couple of little wool kits but for some reason I’m scared to get started.
My favorite project is always the one I’m working on! Currently Be Merry….Such a fun project!!!
There are so many to choose from and I love so many of them. I have the Luna Mat, Like Father Like Sone, Holly & Ivy, Stand Alone and Heirloom Rose all waiting to be finished or started. You are so creative and your staff is wonderful. I can’t wait to come to your new store and retreat house. I’m not sure what I would do with the bundle if i won it, but I’m sure I’ll have lots of ideas. Your wool is so lovely.
I haven’t begun my wool applique adventure, though I have been building my wool workshop (aka stash). I want to make Christmas ornaments for 2021 (my rotator cuff waylaid my production in the last part of 2020). I have a nice collection of threads and other trims to make them all the more special.
My favorite wool project has been the Heirloom Rose quilt which my mother (Flo Miller) gave me as a gift–and she also gifted me with my love of stitching. I know she loved Primitive! And I do too!
I really love doing the smaller wool projects and have done one small quilt with wool applique. I am trying to collect the cream colored wools to do the Heirloom Rose quilt. Just gorgeous and can’t wait to start!!
I’m new to wool. Have done some small projects and enjoyed them. Looking forward to doing bigger projects.
Loved the summer freebie. Enjoyed the bright wools, they were beautiful. Want to start a patriotic wool project next.
Such a wool bounty would be a huge help in starting work on Crazy Season. Thanks!
I have really enjoyed the many wool projects you have designed . And the wool boxes. And the wools. I think so far my favorite has been the Luna table mat!
Just signed up for the wool box this morning. That will be my first experience with wool. Very excited to begin.
Still working on my Heirloom wool scrappy and Twilight Garden. I learned so many new stitches doing the flowers on the Heirloom wool scrappy, Twilight Garden is sure to be a Heirloom piece for generations to come.
Your book Wool Needle and Thread is a must buy for any wool enthusiast. Thank you for all your fantastic patterns.
Oh dear where do I begin when it comes to your wool projects! I loved working up your Christmas Time table mat and get so many compliments on it! I joined the Wool Box group and have so many “to dos” to do! I really love working with wool, it’s very forgiving and stitches up so beautifully. Plus, your hand dyes are the best quality I’ve worked with! Keep up the awesome designs and good luck with your new endeavor! Merry Christmas to you and your wonderful staff!
My favorite so far has been the Christmas mat. I’m not a big decorator and I only did it because my friend said we were doing it together and gave me a kit for Christmas last year. The more I worked on it the more I liked it. Now I’d really like to do the big tree skirt.
My favorite wool project was Moon Garden! Love it!
I would make the geraniums into a pillow.
So far my favorite wool project is “Live a Thankful Life”, as well as all of the other “WWP’s” (wool works in progress)!
I love working with wool and if I won I might use it to help me finish up the ornaments I will be making for each of my wool group friends for December 2021
So I have yet to stitch with wool but there are several applique quilts that I would like to do which use wool. So this would be a good start for me with the bundle. I also like penny rugs but have never made one, so that is also in my bucket list.
I also hook, so the bundles would be great to not have to cut into my wool yardage pieces. Plus I need more color choices.
Seaside Garden is in progress, waiting for wool for Moon Garden & have a larger version of your penny flag (mounted on canvas- eventually) in progress!!
I love the look and feel of wool .I like making ornaments and table mats and I like the primitive look. One of my first projects was one of your crazy mats that was done in a class. My mother looked at the pattern and said “you’ll never finish that!” I did finish it and it is one of my favorites!
Just got out my reindeer pillows I made last year. It is at the top of my list as a favorite. I think I need to make more for gifts!
I finally purchased your wool book and have learned much from it. Reason being, I have your Home for the Holidays pattern and can’t wait to make this quilt with wool. I have made other smallish wool projects, but never really had any lessons on wool stitching, so did not want to mess up an entire quilt that is so beautiful. You have the best wool and patterns!
I have made tons of wool appliqué projects! I am going to use the gift to work on the Christmas tree skirt pattern from PG. my daughter wanted a purple background so I’ll be using different colors for the appliqué!
I loved Moon Garden, almost finished with it. Now I’m doing Everlasting, it might be my fav. But, I adore the pillows and have made several, especially the Halloween ones.
Looking forward to more pillows in the coming year. Ohhhh, and banners!
I love doing flowers, animals and holiday patterns in wool.
One of my favorite projects was the Seven Santa’s runner.
I love to make wool fabric ornaments to give as gifts.
Hard to choose a fav. I’ll choose Twilight Garden! That project kept me sane while nursing by husband back from a major cardiac event!❤️
Wool applique is my favorite by far! Sunflowers Gatherings has been my top favorite, but have loved so many other of PG kits and patterns, the latest being Everlasting from the Wool Box.
If I were lucky enough to win, I would share with our stitching group. We are making an ornament a month. I have loved the ornaments from the wool boxes!😊
I’ve started a wool mat for the table but just need to pick it back up to finish. What you stitch Lisa always is amazing!
my favorite wool project to date is probably the bunny rabbit pillows! Yes, I’m a beginner, but have fallen in love with creating in wool. I’ve always been allergic to it so it’s a miracle I guess!
I have yet to do a wool project but would love to do something about the size of a lap quilt, or maybe a BOM would be more manageable, or a candle mat…jeez, anywhere would be a good place to start.
Primitive garden is my favorite. If I won I would do a Christmas wall hanging that I have had the pattern for a lot of years. It was to be done in cotton, but I would like to do it in wool. Love your stuff. Thank you
It is hard to pick only one favorite……But, I dearly loved doing the Heirloom Rose summer block of the week. I was at a point of really wanting to learn new stitches and you provided everything I needed to do that. Thank you!
I’ve done a bit of wool stitching until Covid19 hit. Then I happened upon Sue Spargo’s SAL, Toned Down Circle Sampler. I finished and completed that project so now I’m REALLY into wool stitching/appliqué. So now I’m ready to do all the fun less intense projects I’ve collected over the years from PG. 😉
I love the diversity I can get when using wools with my quilting projects. My favorite project was a table round for Christmas. It has poinsettias on it and I believe it was a Primitive gatherings pattern. It adds a different dimension. If I would win, I am looking at making another wall quilt with wool as the applique.
My favorite wool project to date is Evelyn’s Album. I have it almost completed!
You turned me on to wool appliqué, I love it. I have made many of your patterns and are making your ornaments right now. Just signed up for the wool box!
I love your wools! You have colors/shades others don’t have!
I want to have snowflakes on trees and wood love to have winter white wool circles…your two smallest sizes. I don’t see them listed. Do you know when you might have them? And thank you Lisa!

My favorite is Twilight Garden. The most fun so far is your snowman table runner.
My favorite wool project so far has been Moon garden! Now, I’m still working on it but I plan on finishing it and proudly hang on a wall!!
Love wool applique. Have purchased and completed many of your patterns that I bought at the Madison Quilt Show. Have more I want to do and you can never have enough wool (colors). Would love to my stash. Love Love your patterns and the Wool, Needle And Thread Guide has been most helpful. I learned the basics of embroidery as child beside my Grandmother. The book has expanded my skills. Keep all your wonderful creativity coming.
My favorite wool project was the primitive banners. i love changing it with the seasons. i love all the wool projects I’ve had made and will continue to as it has become my favorite hobby.
It is hard to pick a favorite wool project. I am in the process of working on Everlasting and so excited to finish it. Love your designs!
Working with wool is something I haven’t done yet but very much want to try. I would start with a simpler project using some of your yummy colors
How do you pick one favorite but I tend to go for the patriotic so I’m anxious for American Gathering release!
I am working on the wool reindeer on the “So This Is Christmas “ quilt kit I bought from you. Also love making table mats.
Hi Lisa. I want to learn wool & would love to win a bundle to make Christmas ornaments.
Hi Lisa & Nick! I just got your wool book and had tried some wool appliqué previously with not much success, so now that I have the book I’m in want /need of beautiful wool to try some of your techniques to see if I have better outcomes and develop a new love of stitching!! Loving all the cute gnomes and beautiful blooms.
Oh my! I love working with wool and getting ready to start on the The Santa, The Tree, The Turkey, and Me. Ordered my muslin so getting excited!
I’m about to start a SAL and the wool would’ve perfect ..thank you for the opportunity.
My favorite wool project so far is the stockings I’m making for the whole family
Having just moved, I am so anxious to get back to my wool wonders. Sewing machine, let the quilting begin!!!
I had been wanting to try wool appliqué for a long time. In 2011 I signed up for Flower Penny Garden SBW and have been addicted to wool ever since. I’ve had many favorites, Evelyn’s Album, Words to Live By and most recently Moon Garden. I don’t have a wool stash but would use these precuts on one of your wonderful patterns.
The only wool project I’ve done was a pincushion from your shop. I would love to make a wool quilt!!!
I, too, am so glad that I started doing wool appliqué! My favorite project has been my Christmas mat – your pattern – which has lots of Christmas motifs on it (can’t remember the name though). I modified it to include representations of our family’s Christmas traditions – Christmas tea at the Hotel del Coronado, Star Wars movies, and more.
I’d love to try some wool appliqué. Maybe a table topper
I love all wool but my favorite has been Sunflower Gatherings! I have many UFO’s to work on!
One of my all time favorites is a table mat named “Luv ya Man”….. I use it every year and smile every time I put it out.
My favorite wool project is your poinsettia table runner! Thanks for the give away.
I have not tried wool applique yet, but I would make fall pumpkins or spring flowers. Looks like fun.
Everlasting! Need I say more? It’s so beautiful, and “purchasing” it bit by bit in the wool box (surprise, surprise, what a great way to receive the bulk of the project) made it affordable for sure! It might be one of your best wool projects!
I LOVE wool Appliqué. Sew forgiving and easy to take along. I’m most proud of my Sunflower Gatherings quilt that I did As a summer block of the week…..😀. Jmh
Lisa, my favorite project is Thankful Life. Im just on block 2 but it reminds if living the simple life on the farm, and how important thar is
Deb Love
favorite wool project–wool crazy quilt. Each year I make a wool Christmas ornament for everyone in the office and I would use the wool for those. Love working with wool!
I loved Moon Garden. I still have to finish the borders. But I also loved Garden Baskets, little baskets similar to Moon Garten and the summer block of the week Happy Home, and Snow Friends and Warm Winter Blessings and now the Summer Block of the Week, Live a Thankful Life, which has turned out to be the Block of the Month for me, but loving the journey.
We have to pick just one! I love them all, it’s all I really want to do. Moon Garden, everlasting and Twilight Garden are in the top. Merry Christmas to all you stichers out there
I can’t say that I have a favorite. Definitely love the wool box projects I have enjoyed stitching things in the summer gatherings book. Also did a mystery wool box from Fig Tree which was great fun
Looking forward to getting my spring patterns out and making 2021 a bright and cheery year !!
I have 3 wool wall hangings in my house and they are all your patterns…my favorite and hardest to do was Little Tulip Crossing
I love all the blocks of the week in the summer.
I fell in love with wool applaud about ten years ago and one of my first projects was your table mat “Autumn Glory”. It is still one of my favorite pieces and brings joy each fall when I put it out. Yes, I would use the wool; the only problem would be deciding what to do first!
Wool has kept me sane since C19. I have collected SO many patterns over these last months and I would love to put this wool to good use!

I have not worked with wool. If I would win, I guess I would start!
I have so loved the Wool Box projects and even committed to learning to quilt to finish my favorite – Everlasting! Love the colors and the message and the wool blocks filled with birds and flowers and homes.
Right now I have 2 wool quilts going. First is the SBOW Live a Thankful Life and also your snowman quilt. Just love working on these projects!
I LOVE working with wool. your dyed bundles are great because they are several options all in the same shade and go so well together in a project.

Excited to be preparing to work on the final steps of the Everlasting wool project. It will be beautiful!
Love my Candy Cane Santa.
My favorite project has been twilight garden – I loved the contrast with neutral wool and navy flannel. What would I do with a new bundle? Make a new primitive gatherings designed quilt of course!
What a FUN give-away – wool bundles, my favorites! Love the variety of colors and textures in bundles. Sometimes you need just a small piece for an applique area. I have a couple of SBOW to work on yet!! Thank you.
I love working with wool as I watch tv in the evening. It’s so relaxing and helps me unwind from the day. Warm Winter Blessings is one of my favorites!

I like making Christmas ornaments fast and satisfying.
My favorite project was your Christmas Stockings pattern. Just a fun, easy stitch!! Enjoy penny projects too!!
My favorite wool project is your mats…..I have done most of them! But I also use a lot of wool for rug hooking.
My favorite (so far) has been the hydrangea tablemat that I did while attending your workshop in Jacksonville.
It’s a tie between Lisa’s Flower Garden and Summer Penny Garden.
I have really enjoyed working on Sunflower Gatherings!
My favorite wool applique projects are pincushions-the more the merrier!
My favorite wool project was made at 2019 Moda Martingale retreat in Dallas with Lisa. So much fun.
Sunflower gatherings is 1 of my absolute favorites!!
For this Christmas I made 12 Ugly Sweater ornaments. I made some from kits and some from my own ideas. I put them on a white 4 foot feather tree. I then put the tree on the sofa table my husband made!!!!! My first wool project was a skaters wall hanging from pieces of my dad’s wool pants and jackets. He died April 1989. So I made it that fall with many tears. It’s found on my bed every Christmas.
I loved working on the Crazy Flower Mat
I love my geranium pincushion that we made with you at Mackinac Island!!
My favorite project so far all of them! I love my wool quilts! I love doing the Summer Block of the Week. My only complaint is that they make the Summer go by so fast!
Hi! I have a pattern for a Black Faced Sheep but have no wool yet! I’m a primitive gal and how fun it would be to get you wool to make it!
Thanks!
Have done a few projects with wool applique. Looking to enlarge my stash so I can do more projects. Thank you for all the info you provide for folks like us. Happy Holidays!!!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this SBOW, Live a Thankful Life!!!!

I loved making wool Penny table toppers but am ready to try me new techniques. Thanks
Wool Halloween and fall projects are my favorite to stitch.
I would love to get started with wool by making your Welcome Banners. Thank you for the opportunity.
Since I used recycled wool for my favorite projects I’m not sure if it’s acceptable. But here goes—When my brother passed away his wife gave me his wool Pendleton shirts and some other wool jackets. I made my sister-in-law and his two sons and his daughter tote bags out of his clothes. He was a saddle maker and I copied his business card onto muslin and stitched one on each bag. I thought of him while doing all this.
It is hard to choose a favorite. I have Large quilts, wall hangings, table mats, and pillows with wool appliqué scattered throughout the house. I feel it gives my house a very warm, homey feel. I quess my most recent favorite was the PG wool box Thankful pillow.
I love you wool pumpkin textures
My favorite wool projects to stitch would be candle mats. They go quickly, without having to do a lot of finishing work (like quilts with wool [my second favorite project] where you have to quilt and then bind.)
I love wool applique and my favorite is Twilight Garden, which I’m working on now. I love doing the different stitches and Heirloom Rose is on my wishlist!
Every wool project is my favorite but yours are all very high on my list, especially the summer blocks of the week.
I love beautiful wool. Right now I am working on a flannel background with a wool sunflower and bee. It will be cover for an antique picnic basket I have. When finished, it will hold all my cookie cutters. Well, at least most of them
My favorite project in wool has got to be working with your stitching small patterns! I love how I can mount them on a board, a galvanized bucket or just frame them. They make great gifts!
I loved working on Sunflower Gatherings. It was a long term project, but it’s absolutely beautiful.
I love wool projects and purchased two sunflower patterns from you recently. I also love the gold wools I purchased and the pastel charms are simply yumminess.
I enjoy working with wool from large applique projects to tiny pin cushions. Thanks for sharing your creative passion with all of us.
First time trying wool was at your class at Quiltstock. I loved the stocking and it’s hanging for Christmas!! It’s the only project I’ve done but am intrigued by “The Santa, the tree, the turkey and me”. My friend just started it and it looks like fun. I’d dive right in if I got the wool pack!!
I have been finishing my wool mats and smaller projects. I have some quilts started and others planned. I like the variety of wool projects so some are a long haul and some are a quicker finish, but they all finish beautifully…especially from the bi-monthly wool boxes..
Love every wool project I have done. It’s so much fun!
Thanks for the chance to win.
I just received your Home for the Holidays pattern. The wool bundle would be an enormous help in diving into this gorgeous project. I also need to catch up on my Everlasting blocks. Some great winter stitching ahead ! Everything about Primitive Gatherings is much loved and appreciated. Happy Holidays ! 🎄⛄️⛄️🎄
I love working on any wool project you have, but my favorites have been A Primitive Garden, and Live a Thankful Life. They are truly works of art. (Along with many of your patterns.)
My very favorite project has been “Live A Thankful Life” but I’ve been having fun with your Christmas Gatherings book this season. Merry Christmas! Thanks for all you do.
I love any projects using wool… penny rugs, ornaments, quilts, pictures of home /countryside scenes, anything hand stitched! Your hand dyed wool “gift” would find a good home with me!!!
Have been doing lots of wool projects this year for gifts, now would like to make the Interconnection quilt with EPP.
I love working on the Heirloom Rose, but also like working with smaller projects in the evenings like the pincushions or ornaments. Loving everything wool!!!! Thanks for all your hard work!
It is really hard to pick a favorite project with wool. I am currently trying to finish my Everlasting blocks from the wool box and am grateful that we can stay connected via the boxes, the YouTube’s and our FB groups for PG projects until such time as we can get together at shows, classes, and retreats.
Love my Christmas mats they make me smile every time I walk by them❤️
First you have the very best wool projects so pretty much anything that you design. Wool has quickly become my favorite technique. Start my winter break tomorrow and I can not wait to stitch the break away!
I haven’t done many wool projects yet, am just getting a slow start but, I love everything I have seen. I have been wanting to make a small wall hanging.
My favorite wool project was also my first, your Sunflower Gatherings quilt. I dove right into the deep end and love it!🌻 If I am lucky enough to win I would have to look through your patterns to find the perfect use for the wool.
I love working with wool and your shop and your wonderful creations have definitely changed my quilting and what I hope to accomplish. The use of embroidery has definitely been a delight to me.
I love wool applique, but have not been able to afford wool. I usually use flannel. I would love to try wool. I loveui your moon garden quilt.
I am new to wools. My first project will be the Gnomes…now I wish I had purchased your book
I have a quilt pattern by Iowa resident Deanne Eisenman called “Back Porch Garden”, part cotton and part appliqued wool. I’ve been wanting to make it for two or more years now. Winning wool would go towards fulfilling this dream quilt.
My favorite is always the current one!
My biggest dilemma is deciding to whip stitch or blanket?
Moon Garden is one of my favorites! Just need to finish it.
Love your SBOW, the surprise of discovering the end! The wool box Everlasting wall hanging, one of my favorite pieces!
I’m just getting into wool. I was introduced to wool through Sue Spargo and did her tree BOM in 2019. It’s lovely to use and I can’t wait to get started on some more.
I’ve only done one wool applique but would love to sit and sew a few more. Maybe a wall hanging, applique on a pillow…….
I’ve always ordered kits for my wool appliqué projects. Winning this wool package would allow me to buy a pattern and try my own creativity.
I love all your wool designs but I think I’d have to say my first favorite was Primitive Garden.
I am covering boxes with fabric and a wool stitched top would use for this if I win
My Moon Garden is at the quilter now and I told my family they had better fight over that quilt when I die! I am working up the courage to start stitching Twilight Garden. I also really loved doing the flannel log cabin with all the pennies.
My favorite wool appliqué was Snowman Gatherings with the 9 different snowmen, till I did the next appliqué project then that was my favorite. The USA pillow with the hydrangea flowers is currently my favorite. Keep designing and my favorite will change again!
My favorite wool project is the very first one I made: a “calendar” of 12 small wool applique pieces. I had signed up for a class at a local wool shop, and I was the only attendee. The shop owner–now a dear friend of mine–sat patiently with me and taught me how to stitch those lovely wool pieces onto the background. Every time I look at that piece, I remember Kaye and her patient teaching.
I have enjoyed all my wool projects! I like all the wool mats with flowers! I would prep more wool projects if I won the bundle!
I have stitched many PG projects over the years since meeting you Lisa at the vendors show at Kentucky Oaks mall during the AQS Paducah show! My favorite quilt now and forever is Twilight Garden which I just finished in 2020!!!!
Love working with wool! Thank you so much for the wool boxes and all your patterns for that matter!!
I am planning out a wool applique for a quilt I am making so, I must say that the current one is my favorite at the time. I love doing wool applique.
Just finishing up my SBOW from 2019and trying to decide what to stitch next!
It would be difficult to name my favorite wool project; I started quite a few years ago and rarely do much else (housework included 😉 Most pieces are Fall or Christmas related so I’m starting to concentrate on lightening things up to include more Spring and Summer items. If it’s wool, I love it!
I have only begun one small wool project. If I were to win a large bundle, depending on the colors, I’d do a project for a spring table topper to disperse the winter doldrums. Thank you, Lisa, for so many creative ideas!
I’m making 6 – 9” wool stockings (Primitive gath pattern) for my 6 grandkids. Choosing the wool, finding the right shade of valdani thread, getting the stocking stuffers appropriate for each one, has kept me happy (and distracted) during 2020.
Hopefully, these stockings become ornaments on their tree.
Twilight Garden is my all time favorite wool project. I’m still in the midst of it and love it more and more. Wool projects are my absolute favorite. I think I overdid it a months ago and caused my thumb to be diagnosed with trigger finger. Ugh! It’s not going to stop me. Thanks for your generosity.
My favorite wool project this far is Twilight Garden. I’m only halfway through but I’ll never get tired of it. Thank you for your creative mind and artistic talent. We all appreciate it more than you know.
Heirloom rose is what I am working on right now, then onto Twilight Garden. I have so many primitive gathering projects to do. I love the way your kits are packaged up so neatly and in order. Thank you for everything!!
I have not tried sewing with wool yet but there is a very cute wool pillow pattern that I have been just dying to try.
Thank you
My introduction to wool applique was a “wool bed rug”! The blocks are all done and I am 50% done stitching the blocks and strips together. I have completed numerous smaller projects since starting that, and I am hooked!
Heirloom Rose – Urban is my absolute favorite…..right now. Love wool applique and your wool is so nice. I know when I buy one of your kits the wool will be beautiful! Thanks for the chance to win!
This past summer’s wool block of the week, Live a Thankful Life, was my favorite! It sure was nice working on this project this year since we were spending so much time at home! It is so pretty! I can’t wait to get it quilted!
Can’t say that I have a favorite. I like them all. I did do a poinsettia that I like.
I am working on your SMOW from 2015 “Somewhere in time” and it is gorgeous! If I win a bundle, I want to make a diamond -shaped penny rug. I hope I win!!
I love your geranium basket, looking forward to finishing my moon garden quilt. I have a lot of Wool patterns to do, I would love to receive a bundle to use.
I’ve made many of the ornaments, and penny mats. I made the larger geranium baskets mat for a silent auction donation which was well received and sold quickly for the organization.
Thank you again for the chance to win!
I am very new to wool. I have made your 3 pumpkins and the 3 snowmen kits. I did make an order and got the free patterns too so am looking to do more and more. = ) ADDICTED! I love fall and winter so bundles in those colors are great!
wool applique
My favorite wool project was the freebie with one of your SBOW that was the houses and trees. I love the variety of house styles and the colors and the finishing.
I love pg stuff!!! My fave is still my first quilt which was a bom. Live a thankful life. I’m always in the middle of several projects😂
I love every wool project I have done so far. My favorite at this point is a wool patchwork quilt with wool heart appliqués. It keeps me warm on cold nights.
I love the free summer or winter or holiday weekly block given by various shops. I like pulling my own wool for each one. I use their block as a guide but my colors may be very different. If I won the wool giveaway I would finish the previous crazy quilt
My first wool project was Fig Tree and Co wool BOM. I loved stitching it and gifted it to my mom for mothers day! Since then I’ve made some Christmas ornaments and would love to make some of your beautiful wool mats, its on my list for 2021. The hard part is deciding on one of your fabulous designs. They are all beautiful, I’m sure once I get started I will want to make several!
Thank you Lisa for all your designs you have created! Happy holidays!!!!
My favorite wool project is Pennies From Heaven. It’s a WIP but will get done!
Honestly, I haven’t worked with wool. I have a beautiful table runner I would love to make with this giveaway.
You have the best wools. I think I may have to add to my resource center. I like the grab bags too.
My favorite completed project so far has been Heritage Rose – I really enjoyed all of the different embroidery stitches on it. My favorite in process is Twilight Garden.
I enjoy wool on cotton and in all forms: mini, wall quilts and large BOMs.
I do wool stitchers. If I win one of today’s bundles, the wool will go into any number of projects I’ve been tinkering with v
Twilight Garden is my favorite with a few table mats and ornaments sprinkled in 😊
If I win I will makes birds on a limb.
I made snowmen tree skirt.
If I win a wool bundle, I will make a sheep quilt. I love wool: fabric, yarn, still on the sheep, white, colored, all things wool.
