Hey everyone! In case you didn’t know, I’m in Texas this week for the annual Moda Designer’s Retreat, so I won’t be in the studio again until next Monday. Despite all the fun and shenanigans my fellow Moda siblings and I are having, I wanted to take a quick break from the party to alert those of you who haven’t already heard, that the Black Star Flower Farm Stitch-Along is finally here! If you love wool appliqué and are hunting for your next big project, Black Star Flower Farm could be just what you’re looking for… This ongoing quilt project is a monthly stitch-along that will go for thirteen total months, starting August, 2023. You have your choice of doing the wool version or the cotton version. Block patterns are FREE to download for one month after they are posted. They will then will be put on our regular website for sale for $8.00 each once the following month’s pattern has posted. Kits are available to purchase if you so choose.
