Primitive Gatherings 12 Days of Christmas Day 3 – Select Quilt and Project Books Are ON SALE!!!

Happy Hump Day and Merry 12 Days of Christmas at Primitive Gatherings! Are your sewing room library shelves looking a little sparse? We’re celebrating DAY 3 with some fantastic deals and steals on select quilting and project books that you don’t wanna miss! Add to your literary stash with these great titles, all on sale TODAY ONLY – Wednesday, December 20th, 2023 by clicking HERE!

We’ve got several titles from both Martingale and other publishers that if I didn’t already own copies of them, I’d be reluctant to let go. Just an FYI in case you haven’t heard, unfortunately, with continued cost pressures across the supply chain, and a shift in how consumers view and purchase content, Martingale made the decision to dissolve the company by mid-2023. That means that books published under the Martingale name will no longer be printed. That also means that this is one of your last chances to get your hands on them here at Primitive Gatherings because when they’re gone, they’re gone for good!

Not huge on the idea of books taking up precious space in your sewing room? Then fill it with something else! Don’t forget, all inventory in stock is 20% OFF now through December 26th, 2023, store and site-wide at Primitive Gatherings*CLICK HERE to SHOP NOW!!! *Please keep in mind that the store-wide sale excludes pre-orders, Tilda items, American Gatherings II items, sewing machines, gift cards, subscriptions, Primitive Christmas items, Long Arm services, Lara Star, Creative Grids Rulers, wood products, and specialty items.

Are you ready for a white Christmas? How about a green one? We’re certainly not accustomed to 50 degree days in December here in WI, but according to my weather app, Mother Nature has apparently lost her dang mind so that’s what we’re going to get for Christmas this year! Though it’s not really my preference, I can’t say I’m 100% angry about the mild winter weather… I’ll take it over sub-zero temps any day. On the other hand, I also wouldn’t mind if it were just a little bit colder so we could at least have a chance to see some snow over the holidays – and more importantly, on the slopes! It’s hard to believe it, but there are several ski areas in the state that despite El Nińo’s best efforts, have still managed to produce enough man-made snow to get a few runs open for business. I haven’t made it out yet, but Heidi reports that for what it is, the snow cover is actually quite good and thinks I should be warming up my ski legs sooner than later. Even if it is man-made, I’m thankful for the snow we do have and I’m looking forward to getting out there for some fresh air and exercise – something that is so vitally important to our wellbeing this time of year. What do you do during the winter months to keep yourself active? Let me know in the comments!

I hope you enjoy the rest of this beautiful day! I will be back tomorrow at 1:00 p.m. LIVE from The Gathering where I will be showing you around the 2023 Red, White, and Green Quilt Show! That’s right – it’s finally time to reveal it to the world since we’ll be getting ready to take it all down for another year right after Christmas. You can tune in to watch by clicking the STITCH button below! Then as usual, we’ll hop over to the CommentSold Studio to see what Jess has picked out for us during another exciting episode of shopping and shenanigans with the girls and I. You can join the fun via the Primitive Gatherings CommentSold App or by visiting the LIVE videos area of our Primitive Gatherings Facebook page after the broadcast has started (it will not show up in the video listing until it has started). See you there! ~Lisa

Here in Nebraska, we’re hoping for a white Christmas and we might just get a few flakes of snow (that is). We celebrated Christmas last week when our kids were home from Arkansas. They were freezing, but it’s been mild. Watch out January and February…

Happy Day, Happy Day! I figured out why I wasn’t received the email until AFTER the sale was over!

I had decided I would unsubscribe because getting the emails after the sales were over wasn’t helpful. BUT . . . when I went to do that, I discovered there was an IMMEDIATELY and a DAILY option and DAILY was selected. I changed it to IMMEDIATELY and lo and behold . . . today I got the email right away, in the afternoon! Looks like I was causing my own problem – LOL.

That’s awesome, Sue! We actually had a feeling it might be a settings issue after getting the same “complaint” from a few others as well. Who knew!? Definitely something I’m going to try and remember to talk about during LIVE tomorrow. Thank you for letting me know you got it figured out!!!!
