Well everyone, it happened! We got over six inches of new snow over night and it’s still coming down strong! In order to keep our staff and customers safe, we have decided to close the shop and the retreat house for today – Saturday, February 15th, 2025!
We’re not sure what the storm will do over night and there is potential for it to last into tomorrow. Please stay tuned to our Primitive Gatherings facebook page and the blog for updates. Stay safe, and happy stitching everyone!!!

We got two feet and still had to go to work, but I am from Canada. It’s just another day.
Lots of snow here in Wisconsin Dells too and it’s still going strong! I’m planning on staying home and stitching all day!!!!! What a great day!

Oh my gosh. I know you wanted snow, but I can’t imagine! Here in South Texas we had a high in the 40’s Thursday, in the 50’s yesterday, and thank heavens we are supposed to get in the 80’s today. Introducing you to our winter here! Stay safe and enjoy your snow!!
